AM/PM Bundle product page review

US store  ·  Pass 2  ·  26 August 2026 (AEST)  ·  Internal staff note

After Kwan’s 25 Aug copy update. Compared to the 25 Aug pass.

renuebyscience.com/products/am-pm-bundle

Kwan asked for another Grok pass now that placeholders are out. The leftover Senolytique / “Placeholder description text” block is gone, claims are softer, the gallery has real images, and ingredient photos work on phones. The conversion problems that are not copy (VIP popup on the cart, $0 bundle saving vs FAQ, stack widget adding AM and PM again) are still there.

Left as intended, not defects: regular $119.90 (coupon does the 40%), Subscribe & Save off on this product, theme preview bar if you are on a preview link.

Before / after (25 Aug vs 26 Aug)

Item25 Aug26 Aug
Senolytique leftover + “Placeholder description text” in Studied in HumansBlockerFixed. That section is gone. Replaced by “Science-Driven Formulations” and “Research Backed Ingredients.”
Clinically Studied / Studied in Humans / DNA repair / inflammatory burdenHighSoftened. Zero hits for those phrases. Now “studied for their roles in…” with daggers. FDA line still footer-only.
GalleryOne photo, dead carousel arrowsFixed. 11 images in admin, 6 thumbs on the PDP, arrows work.
Broken ingredient images (mobile)Grey broken-image tilesFixed. Real ingredient photos (e.g. Hesperidin 150 mg).

Melatonin near buy boxBuried in FAQFixed. 1 mg melatonin is in the open description accordion under the buy box, plus FAQ.
Price / compare-at / subscribe$119.90, no compare-at, no selling plansSame. $0 vs buying the two bottles. Intentional per Bryan / Ramon.

Do these first

  1. Rewrite the FAQ “Can I buy just one?” line. It currently says you get a meaningful discount in the bundle. Price is $119.90 = $59.95 + $59.95. Either drop that sentence, or actually discount (team already said regular price is the plan).
  2. On this template, do not pre-check Energizer AM or Restore PM in “Build Your Perfect Longevity Stack.” One tap currently adds a second bottle of each.
  3. VIP email popup still covers the cart after Add to cart on phones. Site-wide, but it is the conversion kill on this PDP too.

What the page is selling

Live title (H1)AM/PM Bundle (two H1s in the DOM)
Admin / cart / SEO titleThe Ultimate AM / PM Cellular Optimization Bundle
Price$119.90 USD. Compare-at empty. No subscribe option (intentional).
What’s in itEnergizer AM (60 caps) + Restore PM (60 caps).
Buy separate$59.95 + $59.95 = $119.90. Saving: $0. Subscribe on the two bottles would be $107.92.
SKUEmpty on the bundle variant.
Admin statusUNLISTED. URL 200. Not in search or the product sitemap. Shopify injects noindex, nofollow.
Reviews4.3 / 39, still tagged “Reviewing Energizer AM” or “Restore PM.”

Fixed since 25 Aug

Fixed Placeholder / Senolytique leftover copy

The “Studied in Humans” block is gone. No “Placeholder description text.” Senolytique only remains as a stack-widget product card, which is merch, not leftover body copy.

25 Aug Studied in Humans section with leftover Senolytique copy
25 Aug — leftover Senolytique / placeholder copy.
26 Aug Science-Driven Formulations section
26 Aug — Science-Driven Formulations. Hedged copy, daggers on the claims.

Fixed Gallery and ingredient photos

One photo with dead arrows is gone. Ingredient cards on mobile now show real photos instead of broken-image tiles. Pairs Well With (the section that overflowed the phone) is not on the page anymore.

25 Aug broken ingredient image on mobile
25 Aug phone — broken ingredient image, rail clipping the left.
26 Aug Research Backed Ingredients with real photo
26 Aug phone — Research Backed Ingredients, real photo. Rail and Concierge still sit on top.

Fixed Melatonin is no longer buried

The open “What is AM/PM Bundle?” accordion under the buy box now names the 1 mg melatonin dose. FAQ still covers grogginess.

Still open (page-owned)

Blocker FAQ claims a discount the price does not give

“Can I buy just one?” answers: both are available individually, “you get a meaningful discount when you purchase them as one bundle.” Buy box is $119.90 with no compare-at. That is a shopper-facing contradiction, and it is new-or-kept copy from this pass. Easy fix: delete the discount clause.

26 Aug buy box at $119.90 with no compare-at
26 Aug buy box. $119.90, no strikethrough, no Save $X. Melatonin is now in the accordion below.

High Longevity stack can double-buy the bundle

All four cards start checked: NAD+ Complete, Senolytique, Energizer AM, Restore PM. “Add Selected Items To Cart” puts a second AM and a second PM in the cart. Exclude those two products on this template, or default them unchecked.

Build Your Perfect Longevity Stack with AM and PM pre-checked
26 Aug — stack still includes the two bottles already in the bundle.

Medium Title mismatch, two H1s, no Product JSON-LD

H1 is “AM/PM Bundle.” Cart and SEO title are the long Ultimate name. Two identical H1s. No Product schema despite 39 reviews. All gallery alts are the long title. COA control is still href="#" (accordion, not a COA URL). No sticky Add to cart on a ~12,000px desktop page. Supply length / cost-per-day still not written (bottles say 60 capsules; FAQ is one cap AM, one cap PM).

Medium Reviews are still borrowed

39 reviews / 4.3. Every visible review is tagged Energizer AM or Restore PM, including the 2-star “Restore PM made my sleep quality worse.” Fine if we say they are component reviews.

Reviews tagged as Energizer AM or Restore PM
26 Aug reviews. Still component reviews, not bundle reviews.

Medium New cross-sell in the buy-box column

“Get the Full Protocol / Total NAD+ Restoration Protocol / Add To Cart – $207.00” sits next to this bundle’s own Add to cart. Worth a design look: it competes with the thing we are trying to sell.

Still open (site-wide, not this template)

Kwan flagged that a lot of the first pass was external implementations. These still hit this PDP, but they are not copy he can fix in the AM/PM sections.

High Site-wide VIP popup covers Add to cart and the cart drawer

Klaviyo “Join our VIP list for 15% off” fires on load (blocks the first ATC click) and again on top of the open cart. On a phone that is tap ATC, get an email form, Checkout hidden behind it.

VIP 15% popup covering the mobile PDP on load
26 Aug phone — VIP popup on load. Announcement bar still says 10% on all subscriptions.
VIP popup covering the mobile cart after add to cart
26 Aug phone — same popup on top of Your Cart (1 item, $119.90).

Medium Site-wide Announcement bar vs this product

Rotating slides: HSA/FSA 30%*, “10% Savings on All Subscriptions,” loyalty. This PDP has no subscribe control. Soften the line globally, or hide that slide on am-pm-bundle. Do not turn subscribe on here to paper over the bar.

Medium Site-wide Overlay stack

Give 20% Get 20% rail still eats the left edge. AI Concierge sits on the right-thumb / buy-box area. HSA/FSA “save 30%” still has no footnote on the PDP (bar uses an asterisk, buy box does not define it).

Mobile hero with Give 20 rail and AI Concierge overlapping
26 Aug phone hero. Gallery now has more than one image. Rail and Concierge still overlap the product.

Mobile (390-wide pass)

Same live URL, phone viewport. Page is still very tall, no sticky Add to cart. Price and ATC sit below the first screen. Ingredient photos and the overflow section are the mobile wins. Popup-on-cart is still the loss.
